Sourced from our small farmer partners located near the beautiful rainforests of the East Usambara and Uluguru Mountains in the Lower Eastern Arc Mountain chain, we specialise in black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger.

Trianon was founded with a steadfast commitment to European quality standards, drawing on extensive experience establishing spice value chains worldwide for import into the EU. We bridge the gap between local producers and markets into a premium quality spice region that is uniquely still farmed organically by default, lowering the risk of contamination at a time when regulations are becoming stricter, risks rising in existing sourcing regions and consumers are demanding cleaner products.
